The lack of professional experience and skills creates difficulties both when finding a first job and when trying to move from one type of employment to another. This leads to unemployment arising from a mismatch between people's skills and the skills that are desired for the available vacancies.
In order to support local employment and overcome the limitations of local entrepreneurship, we plan to organize and conduct two types of training for representatives of the project's target group - long-term unemployed, elderly people of pre-retirement age, young people, young mothers, single parents, people with disabilities, low-skilled persons, incl. representatives of Roma and Turkish minorities from the municipality of Belitsa:
- The first training is to develop basic knowledge and skills needed by the entrepreneur - leadership, effective communication (effective listening, feedback, observation, research, etc.), creative and innovative thinking and search for non-standard solutions, taking on risk and overcoming the fear of failure, presentation skills, attracting partners and like-minded people; teamwork, resource management, etc. turning local potential into entrepreneurial models, getting to know the entrepreneurial ecosystem and financing options - monitoring the environment.
